The view left Eden speechless.
A gigantic natural cave opened up, filled with hilly, grassy meadows. Terraces, small ponds, streams, and trees lay sprinkled throughout. Fresh, crisp air wafted to Eden, inviting him to fill his lungs. He smiled. Like the forests outside Iridur, he thought, clean and rich with life.
“See?” Anya threw him an aren’t-you-glad-you-came look. “Come, we’ll show you around.”
Soon they found themselves on a small hill with a tree. Its leaves glistened bright green, its branches reaching wide.
Anya dropped onto the grass. “From here, you can observe the whole place.”
